Review on AASTRA USA INC Aastra Telephone by Jamie Sand

This product is of excellent quality. The audio on both sides of a call is the best I've seen from any company I've bought phones from. The problems I had were due to terrible internal programming. Example: When scrolling through the caller list, I want to press the speed dial button to call voicemail and get messages. I have to wait about 10 seconds for the ad to clear. If I don't and just pick up, it automatically dials the last number on the display without prompting. This leads to awkward phone calls with people I didn't want to talk to. Why don't they have a call button displayed to fix this problem? Another annoyance is the misplacement of the Contrast, Directory, and Save buttons, which could have been placed elsewhere on the phone, leaving room for three more speed-dial buttons. Basically, programming and design required more attention.
