They provide real-time updates to our customer dashboard where they can understand their referral stats on an hourly basis as well have access all information with ease for internal use also! Nothing much I think we are satisfied from this program so far!! We did not find any major issues but if you want something that is very simple then go through them because it was really awesome experience over here :) It's just like having your own personal assistant in front who helps every time whenever ever needed or thought about. If someone wants some serious work done without thinking too long than these guys would help out perfectly!! The best part is that it gives you an opportunity to know what your customers are saying about your brand. You can also learn from those comments and improve your business. I have not found anything which i dislike in this software. It has helped me to get feedback from my customers. It has really improved my business. I can see the reviews of my clients and also their comments. This helps me to understand how they feel about my services and products.This is very helpful for improving our business.
