The best thing is that you can send multiple emails at once, which saves time for both of us as it's not necessary to re-send everything after an update or change has been made. It could be difficult sometimes if I need help with sending out bulk mailings (such as newsletters). That being said - overall this tool does what we want! We've used several other tools in our day but none have matched their ease/speed when creating email campaigns from scratch versus having someone else do all work already done by them so there are no mistakes included etc.. This makes things much easier than doing something ourselves otherwise would take too long anyway :).
