The product disappointed, does not meet the promises.
bought two pairs. one was normal and the other didn't turn on. I called for a guarantee, they told me that I needed to charge for a long time . and they would not accept it if they still turn on. I charged for a long time . they still charged, BUT they hold the charge for a maximum of an hour, then they turn on, then they donβt turn on . in general, one pair is specifically defective and I donβt see the opportunity to hand it over . Didn't expect this from JBL.
