I like the look of this bag but I will be returning it. What a chore. Despite the fact that my current everyday bag (camera bag) seems much smaller, I can fit the same amount of stuff and with more comfort. This bag is too heavy. The chain is really powerful and loud. The bag is not easy to put and lift. Consider getting in and out of your car. You'll hear a loud chain noise every time because it won't engage. This could be fixed with the top handle. It will still be loud but easier to grab. Generally not as roomy as it seems for such a large and heavy bag. And the strap is noisy and not comfortable. It would be nice if you only want it for certain occasions. Because it still seems good quality and beautiful.
