Review on 🌀 O2COOL Battery Powered Personal Fan with Lanyard for Cooling Face and Neck by Jennifer Hartley

If you have any breasts at all (and I don't really have much to say) the fan can hang uncomfortably and not reach your face very well. I tried adjusting mine lower (and didn't have enough air in my face) and higher (and my neck got full power, not my face). On the other hand, it is very comfortable and quite quiet, although I would never take it to church or the theater. It's not quiet enough for that. It's also larger than I thought it would be, but that's not a problem as I won't be wearing it as jewelry. I haven't tested it on an outdoor walk yet, but I suspect it will bounce around and not be very effective. If so, I just pick it up and hold it to my face when I need air. It's pretty effective when I'm on a treadmill.
