The best invention. No instructions. But I learned from a previous review that the hair is pulled through the middle, then pulled to the end of the hair and styled the hair in a circle, then twisted tight towards the ponytail holder, no clips needed, holds it in place and a perfect bun inside. I need 10 seconds and it looks perfect. I prefer the big one but the others work fine. It used to take me 10 stealths and at least 15 minutes and it was still a bit messy. This results in a perfectly closed circle.
