When you need a grinding mouth guard look no further! This company is amazing! They send you a pack of 3 mouth guards with very simple instructions (make sure you follow them). When you take the mouthpiece out of the water, place it briefly on a paper towel. I think about 10 sec. Don't worry, it gets too hot, it's not. It easily adapts to your teeth. I also trimmed mine a bit before doing this. I've been using it for a month now and it's as good as my $3000 dentist. Aside from how good the product is, the customer service is impeccable. They are very helpful and kind and will send you a smaller mouthpiece for free if you need it. They even test how it works. Definitely recommend! A++
