Bad watch strap, dead battery

Unfortunately this watch has fallen into disrepair. Sorry not to sound like a fanatic but this watch cost about $100 plus tax and the watch arrived with a dead battery. In addition, the strap felt thin and when I looked at the strap reviews for this watch, there weren't any good reviews. I am returning this watch. The look of the dial is very cute and the idea of the watch strap is cute, but it's just not worth the money.
