Item as described. Strong, well filled. Velcro straps are wide and secure around the top opening of the console. My dog is a 6.5# and fits snug but she seems to love it. Hopefully on a longer trip she will rest her head on the front of the pillow. I'm sure this will serve my purpose, which is to give her a safe place on the console where she prefers to ride. I don't really think it's worth $73, but all good dog car seats are expensive. The company makes you feel guilty about the return; say that the seat cannot be reused, so it would be a waste of material. I'll probably leave it because I couldn't find another one. Also, they are all about the same price. I'm giving it 4 stars because of the high price. Update: We've done a few car rides and she's happier because she can sit next to me. We love the seat.
