Keeps a very active puppy locked away

A VERY active Yorkie puppy showed up at our home. He has a bunkhouse (bed box) but loves his 6ft run where he can play with toys and take out food/water. I put towels in, halfway up to cover the zipper, which he unzipped a couple of times and escaped. A plastic tie might fix that, but he likes a towel over the zip for a good rest. His corners itch when he sees us or an adult dog, but so far he's holding up well. It takes up a lot of space in the cave, but for us it's worth it.
