I wanted something that would charge my work phone, personal phone and AirPods at the same time. This is a good setting for an organization, but can be a bit finicky at times. The phone charger always works great, but the lying charger doesn't always work. I always have to make sure I put my phone on properly until it vibrates indicating it's charging. I learned the hard way to wait and confirm that the phone is actually charging. I've had many times where I felt the vibration and didn't check if it was charging and then woke up in the morning and my phone was almost dead because it wasn't actually charging. When I really started checking to see if the phone was actually charging, I've only had one or two occasions when it did. For AirPods, this part doesn't work at all. I have a version that still lets you charge from a wall outlet, so I made sure in the photos that AirPods do the same. I removed the case I had with them and it charged fine the first time, but hasn't worked since. the product does not work. I don't have a smartwatch so I can't talk about that part. As long as I make sure my phone is charging and just plug in the AirPods, which is honestly easier considering I don't have to remove the case, the product works perfectly. I can say that this product has more pros than cons.
