Pros: The scale works great. I know the weight is right. BMI is very close to what the BMI calculator shows. It syncs perfectly with my Fitbit app. Cons: Due to the lack of documentation, I'm still not sure if I can use it with more than one person. I wanted to setup my wife on my phone but I'm not sure about the pros. and cons of having two profiles on the same phone or on different phones, so I haven't activated her account yet. I want to know first what happens if it's two phones and they're both in the room when you step on the scale? I also have to check what happens if there is no phone in the room, I step on the scale and then my wife enters the room with her phone. I think that would add information to their account. If the weight is being applied to the wrong user, how do I fix it? I can't find any documentation on this, so I need to test these scenarios. I would also like to know how all the information is calculated. The FAQ talks about some of them but not all, I called support two days in a row. I could leave a message. First day In the evening they called me but I missed it. Day 2 I never got a call back. I would give it 5 stars if it weren't for the lack of documentation and phone support.
