Both of my finches LOVE this toy. They like to reach down to shake the bell, so several times a day I hear the bell ring. They aren't as attracted to mirrors as parrots, but they do love to play with them. Wise advice - hang it in the middle of the cage so it can move freely. My son first hung her on the side of the cage where they could see her but she didn't move well and they completely ignored her. Now that it's hanging freely, they love it.
