ASUS ZenBook UX325JA-DB71 - a damn good laptop. Having owned a MacBook XPS 13, I can honestly say that the Asus Zenbook is right up there. Build quality is good and the laptop feels premium. without breaking the bank. I had an i7 with a 512GB SDD. - The fan was quiet and barely turned on, but I'm a regular user. No heavy tasks, programs or games. - Good battery life. - The keyboard is great. - Perfect freedom of movement. - The speakers are pretty good, but not great. and exactly - the numeric keypad works well too. Unfortunately I will be returning Asus. When I removed the decals from the palm rest, there was a fairly large decal on the right side, emphasizing some of the features and leaving an indelible mark. There is no glue residue or sticky residue that can be wiped clean. I don't know what happened, but the visible square shape where the sticker was is really visible. Not cool for a $900 laptop. After many tries, it will not go away. All in all, I just consider myself unlucky, but I don't want to risk a replacement and waste time and resources. I still recommend this machine, just make sure you don't end up with the same permanent stains/residue after removing the stickers. Great job ASUS!
