UPDATE ON UPDATE: Since I still had a return period, I returned the suspected defective item and received a replacement heating mat. Everything went smoothly and quickly - the replacement was there in 2-3 days. Everything seems fine so far. —————————UPDATE: I recently noticed with the heating pad that the light came on momentarily (as if it were on when switched on). The heating pad was plugged in, but I didn't turn it on - the flash occurred by itself. Now I'm worried that there might be a short circuit for this to happen by itself and a possible fire hazard? I turned it off immediately. I think I will contact the seller.————————I love this warmer! Looks good, seems to work well, love the auto shut off and warm up option. Was a little disappointed that the flavor wasn't as strong as I expected, even at the highest temperature. But it is okay. I still love it!
