Pretty but not cashmere
Not so bad. At first I thought he was a little rough, but as I started working with him he softened. But it's definitely not cashmere. Maybe from a yak, but apparently yaks aren't that soft. It's ok, I wanted wool more than anything and it was a nice color and a good price.
- Every year in June and July yak hair is cut once. Yield ratio of wool and cashmere is 1:1~2, which is rare and valuable.
