I have fine hair that doesn't sit well. I've been using Redken for a few years now and it's done the job pretty well, although it has made my hair a little rough. Eventually the price of the product became prohibitive. This Old Spice lipstick received positive reviews and the price was attractive, so I decided to give it a try. That's great. It holds my hair in place without being stiff, smeared from behind, or looking hairsprayed concrete. I was a bit concerned that the Old Spice scent would be too dated. However, it smells pleasant but not overpowering. A little goes a long way, and because it's not liquid, I didn't have to put it in a clear plastic bag when I got my TSA exam. Thumbs up.
