Power strips and surge protector
I paid full price for this product, it was no longer the best and kept breaking while "working". I plugged it in and tried using it again and now it turns out I have to pay a monthly subscription to get access to the smart features, which was the only reason I bought the product in the first place. This is the actual theft and turning the product into garbage. Never buy another GE or Quirky device again. If you're selling a product with a key feature, you shouldn't be allowed to discreetly convert it later to a subscription model and remove the original functionality. What a waste of money.
