love from the first use! It arrived yesterday and we felt like pancakes so we reheated it, oiled it a bit and voila. 2 delicious perfectly cooked pancakes. I was nervous it would stick. It was minimal and very easy to clean. We also have a Lodge pan and use both on a Viking 36 inch gas range. Love both pans but slightly prefer the Viking as it really came pre-set. Also, there was a sticky instruction label on the smooth side of the lodge that was difficult to peel off.
