Received Today I always wash everything before putting it on or in this case putting it on the bed. The ropes tangled in the ceiling, shrinking everything into a giant ball. Trying to detach it, he tore the ceiling, leaving a huge hole. If I hadn't washed it I would have sent it back and gotten a refund. Order from another company. Ouch. And there's a huge yellow stain on one of the pillows!
