the dam zipper .: my feedback

the coat sucks . every time you would zip the coat up the zipper would come out of the track and the zipperwould get stuck and wouldn't be able to get the zipper back down , and now I have wasted my money on a dam coat that I cannot wear because it is winter. and . I have not had it for every long to to be able to wear it .I have tried for DAYS to get a refund from the company but keep getting the run around! I WANT MY MONEY BACK
