The strap on them broke within the first 30 minutes my son had them. The only thing he did in them was ride a bike! I contacted the seller and the only response I got was that they were sorry the belt broke and that they should contact Revain customer service for a refund or exchange. I was able to fix the broken belt myself by riveting it back so I will not be contacting Revain customer service but I cannot recommend this product or this seller. The item was poorly made, what happened to customer service? I see no need to contact multiple people to resolve the issue. I contacted the seller and they asked me to contact someone else. Why can't the seller solve the problem? Why do I have to do all the extra work to fix this?
