Even going with the "larger side of the charts" when taking in the reviews of others, these do indeed fit small, quite a bit small. They look big when you open them, don't let that fool you! When buying these for my mother, she loved the fit. We went with a full size larger. Here is the problem, she loves the fit, they look more like panties for ladies, they do not provide the level of protection that she needs. the coverage is great, if you need light protection these are for you.
