This is my first time using a percussion massage gun but I love it! For being small, it's quite powerful. Cone with 4 different nozzles, my favorite is the round foam and my least favorite is the stem. I don't use it every day but a few times a week for about 15-20 minutes on my neck, shoulders, arms, as far back as I can reach and sometimes on my legs and feet and the battery lasts a long time . There are also 3 power settings: low power, medium power and high power. I mostly use low power so my battery may still be working since I got it. Anyway I would recommend this for ease of use and it's just really nice. A nice bonus is a hard case to store everything you need.
