I'm 43 years old and started walking about 4 months ago to get better (I've also changed my diet a lot). After about 3 weeks of running, I decided to start running on the treadmill during my lunch break. It soon became slow (very slow) to walk on a treadmill. About a month ago I got to the point where I was running 5k or more on my lunch break and decided it was time to upgrade my running shoes. I spoke to a runner I know and he recommended Brooks and that I would go to the store to try them on. The problem is that I can't go to the fitting during this COVID-19 storyline you may have heard about, so I asked my Googler about the different leg types and figured out what kind of legs I have. I ordered these Brooks shoes a half size larger than the ones I wear at Nike and they fit perfectly. The extra half size should keep my feet a little swollen when running. To say I am happy with this purchase would be an understatement of all my reviews. These shoes exceeded my expectations. I like you very much. If you're a neutral mid-arch runner, this shoe is for you. I highly recommend them. I give them my seal of approval (at all costs).
