Terrible and weak
I would rate it a zero if I could. I had to return the first one upon receipt as one of the shelves was broken. I have to limit my losses. After a few weeks of use this has to be the most fragile device I have ever owned. Looking back at the video now, I understand why they are so slow to lower the shampoo bottle to the top shelf. If you use more than 4 oz. Shampoo bottle don't buy that. I use big bottles and if you don't put them in the basket slowly enough and far enough forward they fall out and break your toe. for any other caddy who thought it would be better. Dude, I was wrong. Pure shit
