Just arrived so have not used it but appears to be well made and does the job. As for some of the reviews I've read that have complained that the rubber is too stiff, that doesn't seem to be an issue as it seems flexible to move within the contour of the floor. I love that it feels durable and heavy and should last a long time. I also love that it's 3ft wide and curved for more coverage. Planning to use this in our garage to remove water after hosing down the floor, in our driveway after minimal snowfall, and for clearing snow from our deck. It doesn't come with a handle, just bought it at Home Depot for $5, along with a screw/lock washer. At first glance, you might think that the handle doesn't fit the mop head very well. What you need to do before inserting the screw is to push the button more firmly into the bracket. The way I did this was on a cement floor, place the handle on the floor, insert the top of the handle into the mop head and then take a rubber mallet or piece of wood and keep pounding and pounding the mop head into the handle (do not hit the mop head). straight with a hammer).
