It takes time! for portable play
When I first filled them with water the rings either floated or stuck to the walls and the air didn't pinch them when I pressed the buttons. However, within an hour and with a little shaking everything was fine and they are working great. They are perfect for entertaining my child while they "watch" their siblings soccer game.
