Missing parts: my feedback

The first order arrived without the water cap. Ok, we returned it and ordered another one. Second order, arrived without a water cap. Contacted Fruitree, got a Chinese translated response, confused about the request to send a cap. We’re done. Returned the second one. Will try a different brand.

Pros

Great weight even in rain and windy days. Easy to fill with water. Recommend this!

The item seems sturdy enough but the ring cap was missing. May have to return
