It’s a noise maker in my review
The cats really don’t have any interest in drink out of it. Once we put it all together and got it running the first thing you notice is the noisy sound as it recirculates the water. The cats were curious at first, primarily because of the sound it makes, but they didn’t want anything to do with actually drinking out of it. It may work for others, our cats are very particular, so it would have been hit or miss with or without the noisy sound. Other than that it’s easy to assemble and get working and fairly easy to clean too. It was a bust for us but may work really well for other pet owners.

- The fountain may make some cats nervous or distressed, leading them to avoid it altogether
