I have bought both the large and small of these spatulas as it can sometimes be difficult to choose from pictures or even measurements. i like them both The larger measures 7 3/4" excluding the handle and 3 1/2" at the end. The smaller one is 6 1/2" x 3". I've included a photo of me holding them to give an idea of the measurements. What I like about these spatulas is: 1) very thin ends that allow you to easily penetrate delicate foods like eggs and thin fish fillets. 2) They are flexible so it is much easier to get under the food in the pot or pan. 3) They are made of stainless steel so they won't rust. 4) Rubberized handles are easy to hold and won't slip when your hands are wet. I wouldn't recommend leaving the handles in a hot pan, but that goes for the handles of many cookware. 5) The slotted design drains grease and other liquids. I see so many uses for them. I have nylon and silicone spatulas that I use to turn eggs. Both are difficult to get under the eggs because the eggs stick to them and the ends are too thick to get under the eggs. Due to the flexibility and the thin edge, the caviar can easily be turned with a spatula. I've also found that the large size and thin, flexible rim make it much easier to flip large, thin fish fillets like flounder. I've also found that these spatulas make it easier to remove foods like lasagna from the casserole dish. Another useful use for these spatulas is flipping sandwiches like tortillas and ham and cheese sandwiches that require a large spatula to keep them from falling apart. These are just a few of the uses I think these spatulas work best for. Almost every day I find new uses for them. Needless to say, I recommend these spatulas. You have more than exceeded my expectations. I hope this review was helpful to you. I will update this review if my opinion on these spatulas changes.
