Review on Kings County Tools Vegetable Handles by Nick Owens

Don't worry about the wooden handle in the dishwasher. It can be easily removed and reinstalled. My question is whether the harsh environment of a dishwasher corrodes stainless steel. I have a stainless steel popcorn pot that the manufacturer does not recommend cleaning in the dishwasher. I have just received this product. Love the weight, the two handles and the size and the fact that it's made in Italy. It's heavier than any grater I've had before, which should indicate better quality.
