Probably the worst fan I've ever bought! You would think that for $140 this thing would be gold. NOT CORRECT! In the first few days of use, it starts turning off and showing an error code. I checked it out and it was an overcurrent code, which wasn't possible because I plugged it into an extension cord that doesn't allow those conditions. The fan is also not nearly as quiet as advertised! Anything above "3" gets loud quickly, with no real cold air, until it hits "10". At this point, it sounds like a turbofan on a jet plane! The remote control was terrible too. You had to have a clear line of sight to aim it directly at the fan so it could pick up everything you were trying to do on the remote. The fan doesn't turn back on with the last settings, it goes back to the default settings (starts at "1") so you have to crank it up to a decent speed every time you turn it on! Very stupid for a $140 fan. My $40 fan works better than this thing. Not impressed at all!
