I have been using this dryer for almost 2 months now. I wasn't sure if I would keep it, but I got used to it. The dryer works, and there are pluses in it. I hope it lasts a few years and doesn't break in 2 years like my previous 2 did. Only time can tell. BENEFITS - Quieter than most with a quieter noise that's easier on the ears - Dryer is lightweight at 0.8 lbs and smaller than most at 8" x 8.5" - Cord is heavy duty construction that hopefully more resistant to twisting over time - creates a strong wind concentrator stays on the screen - the screen is very easy to clean as there are no plastic crosspieces blocking the screen - the dryer survived a fall to the ground CONS cable is marked 0, 6 total weight almost as heavy as the dryer 1.4 pounds; heavier than my previous dryer when I really wanted something lighter for travel. The dryer is almost too windy for me. It blows my hair everywhere, even out of my comb, and dries it before I can style it. Gives me more of a windy look - the hub is hard to remove (if you don't drop the dryer on the floor it will pop out nicely for you) FAULTS AND NUANCES - buttons are backwards. After 2 months I'm still pressing the wrong button to turn it on and I keep turning it off during use. You can't blame me after 35 years of using a hair dryer when button placement was a possibility. It's like learning to drive on the left side of the road. Dryer weight balancing has become difficult again. Unlike most dryers which are more balanced. I didn't like it at first, but now I'm used to it. Came with two small hubs which is pointless. One of them should be wider, then it is a useful addition. So those are the main points and some trivial points that might interest you. If it lasts me a few years and the cord doesn't twist, then it's a good dryer.
