Review on Climax ISCC 025 025 Plating Clamping Coupling by Bob Fasho

What was supplied only has one screw on each side to tighten it onto a 1/4" shank. I bought these because the picture four screws showed...2 on each side.I will try to get them back and find the ones that actually sell what they show.
