Works great. I was fed up with other plastic filament holders that broke after a while. I suspect the bad reviews about the toothbat are from people who have never seen the video. It's pretty easy after using it once or twice. I hope this is the last dental floss holder I ever buy. I have a small gap so the toothpaste makes flossing quick and gag-free.
