I don't know what magic this thing was made of, but I like it. I have thick curly hair that is prone to split ends. As you can imagine, with a regular brush, this only causes me to rip chunks out of my head and sometimes the brush's bristle pad, which I use to rip off the handle. On tougher days, I definitely recommend starting lower than usual. to detangle the lower tangles before focusing on those closer to the scalp. If you feel like just a spot needs a little detangling after brushing with a wet brush, feel free to use your regular brush afterwards, but most of the time I don't even need it - and if I do, the last one will do anyway about the tangle basically being done, i got it this saturday i think and by tuesday my hair is already feeling different. I mean, I got a new showerhead too, but something tells me that not pulling my hair out every day is also a big part of it.
