I also found the bearing size wrong and too small. Then I saw a photo with product information showing it was intentional. If that's not what you wanted you can run it on a router table and adjust the stop or bring it back and/or buy one that has the bearing aligned. I made the same mistake, sent it back and bought another one. It was well made and smoothly carved from pine.
