I bought this belt because my 17 year old son needed a strong classic black leather belt strong enough to withstand a frog and a heavy sword in full growth without tension. He wears it for stage performance, but this belt is also good for everyday wear after the performance. I was pleasantly surprised when it arrived because it was packaged well and felt very high quality - very sturdy - and looked even better in person than online. I like the masculine look: black with silver details. And the wonderful scent of leather filled the room! My son is very happy with this beautiful belt. He's worn it to several shows this week and it still looks brand new despite the weight of the sword. Sizing wise, my son usually wears trousers with a 31-32 waist, so I bought a size 34 belt. He wears it in the tightest of holes and it fits perfectly. What a great belt! I would recommend it to everyone and buy it again.
