Review on Sony Cyber-shot DSC-RX100 II camera, black by Taufik Mohd Ghazali ᠌

Revainrating 5 out of 5

I am delighted, the product is really worthy.

When cold, it is better to use a native battery. The voltage of the multi-interface connector is not even up to 3 volts, which sadly affects compatibility through an adapter with active interface devices, where it is much larger. With puffs, through an adapter to a quick-release connector, it behaves well. It would be cool to be able to select the focus point on the display, but then one could not dream of a folding screen due to the fragility of the design; so it's better as it is, the more tracking AF, one might say, is not here.

Pros
  • + The ratio of camera size and image quality is almost the same as my fantasies. + Since I associate the compact with pressing one button after turning it on, I was the first to check the automatic modes. They pleased me even without comparison with other cameras. However, I would not advise throwing out a lot of money to those people who are thinking of buying this camera for the sake of filming in the machine. + Multi-interface connector, into which through adapters you can stuff a lot or stuff everything but with an additional . + Works out all excerpts with puff; I dabble in cactus v5 synchronizers, on one of which I hoisted a Sanpak for Nikon, tk. on the camera itself, holding something heavier than the native twentieth is uncomfortable. +JPEG is good. In a simple exposure, you can do without shooting in RAW. + In addition to an expensive wired remote control, you can also use a smartphone, moreover, it will act as a viewfinder. + Availability of underwater boxes for sale. + Able to charge the battery in itself, which makes it even more compact when traveling. I recommend buying an external charger with an additional battery. It makes the process faster and moreover, it can be used as an external power source for direct use of camera functions without the need for a battery. + Good battery life for a small and light battery. + The size of the matrix is excellent and it would be stupid to make it larger, because the value of the depth of field would be different and would become of little use for the gorgeous aperture of the lens at a wide angle. + Of course, the flip screen! + Of course, smart autofocus! + Of course picking!
Cons
  • - PRICE! It's a pity there are no trade unions, otherwise I would have complained. - As with all Sony cameras, you cannot fill in additional information in the picture, for example, the "Author" column. - Only the front part of the case is made of metal. The dust protection of the lens is mediocre. - The tracking focus can be said to be absent. - The white balance in the machine is not always correct. - The screen is fantastically scratched. I advise you to stick any suitable film from this disease. - Expensive accessories, as Sony always does. The external viewfinder was especially successful. - Categorically unreliable grip. Without a rubber pad, it seems that the camera can simply be blown out of your hands by a gust of wind. - Such a progressive representative of cameras does not know what is shorter than 1/2022 of a second. For sunny shots, it is of little use without filters. - Lens aperture effectively disappears when zoom is used. It's good that not along with the quality of the pictures; although this is relative, relative to the presence of a sufficient amount of light. - The built-in puff cannot be turned directly to the ceiling, only at an angle.
