I buy Mondor youth stockings for myself. I weigh 150 pounds and am 5 feet 5 inches tall. Adult size goes above my knees like high hips, so youth size is much better for me. I wash them in the washing machine along with the rest of our family's clothes and they hold up. pretty good despite this mockery. I tend to lose them (like kids) before they're worn out - and leave them somewhere on the rink (hmm - I know). If you're into figure skating and don't like walking barefoot, this is a good choice. The color is weird (not exactly my skin tone) but since I wear it under my running tights no one sees it unless I put on my skates. In addition, I also wear bunga pad gel sleeves around my ankles.
