I have several shorts that are similar in style to the ones I use for walking and running outdoors and on the treadmill. My other shorts tend to ride up or slide down the waist while running, but these don't. These shorts are very comfortable and not too short. I bought these after reading some positive reviews and I'm so glad I did!
