Because I wanted to wake up differently, I chose this backlight with many different color options and took photos of my favorite color options. I think it's a smart lamp, that's what I should call it, works with my Alexa so I just integrated it into my app and now I can turn the light on and off without touching my lamp app. relaxing sounds to fall asleep to, from frogs croaking to nature sounds, and the relaxing sounds have a timer so they stop after I fall asleep. Literally unpacked, downloaded the companion app and time, at some point the weather calmed down with my integrated WiFi and I didn't do anything. Love the simplicity and waking up to color and adjustable sound alerts. Worth every penny.
