Excellent Wix alternative - everything included

I like the way that my clients can use their own logo or design, and then customise it so that it looks really great.
Also, you have access to live chat support which is always helpful! There are some features that are hard to understand at first but once you do, it's brilliant! I've had a few issues where the platform was down and we couldn't update our account, but they were very quick to respond and resolve any problems with us. We have been able to create a website for our business in literally minutes from choosing our theme, uploading pictures and writing content.

Cons

It could be more aesthetically pleasing (it feels plain), though this may just come across as personal preference.
Notifications seem unclear; not clear what needs attention/what action should take place
