UPDATE: DO NOT buy these if you plan to use drying rack. You can't use it in the Niji Foodie AG400 because you can't close the lid after you put the stand inside! My main purpose in purchasing this set was dryers and now I find it useless. Unfortunately it is too late to send it back, otherwise I would have returned. I was so disappointed to find out how easily pans scratch. This morning I fried eggs in a pizza pan dipped in soapy water and then used a sponge with a light scratch on the back. I took the finish right out of the pan. The toast rack is also just for those who like tough hard toast!
