Review on Kettle Braun WK 5100, silver/black by Wiktor Janusz ᠌
Not exactly the product that I wanted, the price and quality do not match.
The outside of the Braun WK 5100 kettle is so attractive and "metal" that I couldn't resist purchasing it. The metal exterior, however, proved out to be a mere veneer concealing plastic inside the teapot. It was already disappointing enough that I returned it to the shop since it wobbled when placed on a stand. Prior to that, there was a Braun WK 210 kettle that lasted for 9 years before the water level indication section started to leak.
- What I was told was true because of its stunning "metal" appearance.
- The metal exterior of the kettle is merely a covering for the plastic interior. Mounted swing set. Heavier than regular teapots by a factor of two.
