The people are all nice to work for! They have been very helpful when needed or just checking up on me through calls and texts during my absence from the office. Sometimes it’d take long times before I received callbacks/text messages after submitting an inquiry within their system via email only; there was also no way of tracking whether they were using that information internally (i did not ask them). Their support staff could use some improvement - sometimes taking too much time explaining things which should be quite easy but takes longer than expected because you're dealing online rather then talking over phone etc.. This program has helped us get our database updated more regularly and give good results at lower costs compared to other suppliers out here who charge high rates per hour billed as well.
