I love this waist trainer it’s extremely efficient you will be snatched in no time. It’s comfortable and definitely breathe able. I didn’t fill the fire as in the picture but nevertheless, it definitely served its purpose. The only con was there are letters in white written down the side of the trainer and those letters can be seen depending on what you are wearing. only down fall. I will not post a picture of me in The trainer but IWill post of the wording that’s there. Btw I purchased a size medium I’m a 30-31 waist and I wear it on the first setting so when I shrink (hopefully soon) I can just move it to a smaller setting.
