Perfect fit for my 3 1/2 year old dancer. She wore the skirt over her basic Best Buy swimsuit and it was perfect. She wore it a little high on the waist but the length was good and it still covered her butt. She loved spinning in it and it looked and felt like the one we paid a lot more for at the dance studio. This is a great quality for little ballerinas.
